A. Are you near a large metal object? Metal objects such as lamposts and cars can effect the 'north' reading of the electronic compass. Either add a compass bearing manually, remove the metal object or move the installtion a few meters away.
Q. Are these dishes safe? I just walked through the beam and I read that radio waves are bad for us.
A. Yes all our products are perfectly safe and fully tested to international safety standards. However, as with any satellite dish or 'wave guide' you should not put any part of your body between the reciever arm and the dish itself. This is where the signal is strongest and presents most (albeit a very small) risk of harm.
Q. Can I pick up Sky on this dish?
Even though our system uses DVB, the same protocol as Sky you cannot pick up Sky transmissions with our equipment. You can however download your favorite videos and movies from various internet sites (youtube.com etc).
